Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Orders received after 5 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for orders over $75. No additional fees apply.

Local Delivery & Pickup

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time. All orders will be shipped via our standard shipping methods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment and estimated delivery date. If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at Contact Us.

Service Interruptions & Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, some factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times. We will communicate with you promptly if your order is delayed.

Returns, Changes & Cancellations
